In her clinical practice, Dr. Gold treats healthcare workers, trainees, and college students.


A staunch mental health advocate, Dr. Gold is a recognized media expert on topics ranging from burnout to celebrity mental health, contributing to outlets like The New York Times, The Atlantic, and InStyle. Her debut book, 'HOW DO YOU FEEL? One Doctor's Search for Humanity in Medicine,' is a national bestseller. She holds degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, Yale School of Medicine, and completed her psychiatry residency at Stanford University, where she was Chief Resident.
